Payment and Refund Policy

Payment Policy: All fees must be paid in advance before using any paid service on Mobister.in.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a paid consultation or any other paid service due to unavoidable reasons, please notify us in writing by emailing mobister.2021@gmail.com. You can cancel up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation charges will apply from the date we receive your cancellation email. Our Customer Service team will contact you within 7 business days. If the consultation or service has not been provided, we will refund your money within 15 business days. Please note that a 10% deduction will be made for online payment processing.

Refund Policy: If your consultation request is accepted but later canceled due to unexpected circumstances, you can opt for another consultation or request a refund, which will be credited to your account within 15 working days.

If there's been an accidental overcharge, notify us immediately, and we will refund the excess amount within 15 working days. Conversely, if the payment is less than the actual fee, we will deduct the outstanding amount from your account.

Please keep your unique Transaction ID for reference. We generally don't offer refunds except in the circumstances mentioned above, but we'll work with you to find a fair solution if needed.

The maximum refund cannot exceed the amount paid. No refunds can be claimed for payments made directly to the lawyer.

Again, a 10% deduction will apply for online payment processing, and refunds will be credited directly to your bank or credit card account.
